I'm usually online most of the afternoon and evening, due to my education I won't be able to administrate during the morning and noon.

Which of our servers do you usually play on and wish to apply for? Would you visit a broader range of servers in case of a report?
I'm usually playing on #18 Mario Kart and #25 Trade, I am applying for both or either if I'm not needed on one of them. Of course I would be happy to help out on other servers as well, with the exception of Dodgeball and VSH/Freak Fortress as I am not very familiar with the modes and specific rules on those servers.

Do you have a microphone?
Yes and if needed I'm using it. I prefer using text though since my pronunciation is nowhere near perfect.

Your previous experience as Admin or Moderator:
In the past I've been a moderator on a couple of Minecraft servers and a private Last Chaos server.
I've also been an admin for Panda-Community from the 13th of May 2015 till the 26th of April 2016 so a little more than one year.

Do you have experience with administrating with SourceMod?
Yes, I am very experienced with SourceMod and can use the tools given effectively. I also still enjoy figuring out new ways to solve the problems, in this case new commands.

Why should we choose you to be part of our team?
Because I have an very high playtime on the Panda servers, more than 1000 hours. This is one third of my total Team Fortress playtime and therefore I'm known in the community and know how to handle the servers I'm applying for since I know the rules very well. I like to think that I am efficient at solving problems and just when it comes to punishments, but also not afraid to admit a mistake. I'm also very good at deciding whether someone is using cheating software or not and can deal with them accordingly. Something that I have failed to do in the past is handling every situation objectively, people manipulated me in a way. But I am aware of it and plan on not letting it happen again. I am also a very honest person and not afraid to speak my mind.

Finally, please briefly explain how you would do your job, e.g. a general overview of your policies and punishments.

#18 Mario Kart:

• Chat-/Micspam: One warning followed by a Mute/Gag accordingly with scaling time based on past punishments. This would look something like 30min, 2hrs, 12hrs, 24hrs, 72hrs, 1 week, permanent.
• Insulting/Disrespecting: One warning followed by a Mute/Gag accordingly with scaling time based on past punishments. This would look something like 30min, 2hrs, 12hrs, 24hrs, 72hrs, 1 week, permanent.
• Spawncamping: One warning followed by a kick, if repeated upon rejoining a ban will be put in place with scaling time based on past punishments. This would look something like 30min, 2hrs, 12hrs, 24hrs, 72hrs, 1 week, permanent.

No. Everyone hates me. Just kidding, I am just generally deleting everyone that I don't think I have any further business with and am not really friends with.

It has barely been a year, why do you think you have changed enough to be accepted back in the team?
During that time period I have started visiting university and had some personal things happen that had a pretty big impact on my life. Excuse me when I'm not going to talk about them in detail.

Why did you choose to reapply now and not let's say a month ago?
Honestly it just didn't come to my mind. But looking at the hours I've spent creating player reports these past few days that might be part of the reason.

2. Player commonly known to be a reporter of rule breakers + he can now recognize a hacker more easily than before;
3. He's actually running for the admin position on servers critically lacking of control in general (DaRandom and Vanilla can't do all the job alone, we all are aware of that, an hand in plus will be surely appreciated)

Honestly, I am genuinely surprised you created an admin application Zeprus. I didn't expect that from you, but as you said, it might have something to do with all the reports you're creating.

So, Zeprus (among other players) is a very well-known regular on the Trade server. Apart from killing everyone he sees, he also helps by calling an admin/gathers evidence whenever a rule is broken. He tries, at times, to tell players to stop whenever they break the rules.

His chatlog is not the best, but it's best used in context with other messages. So I don't think his chatlog needs any improvement.

Since he was an admin previously I don't think he needs much assistance regarding commands. Though, I would like to say to you personally Zeprus: If you manage to get this chance again, don't fuck it up.

Apart from the "shitstorm" in the past, I think he has learned his lesson and I wouldn't mind seeing him on Trade as a trial.

I do however remember what you did. With the apology you did I'm content but I will not forget so easily. I wasn't expecting you to come back and apply, but since the whole thing on BlackWonder I'm slightly confused on what happened and I'm hoping you could give me your side of the story on that? It can be in private if you wish not to display it here.

I was there and basically, long story short, we got banned for 'hacking'.
That was the official reason but there was a lot of bias against me and in turn against Zeprus for, uhh, telling me about the community.
Yes, they are that retarded.

We got both banned at the same time for "hacking" and "probable possession of hacking software" and during the ban appeal process, he was pretty toxic on the forums and Benedevil kept him banned whilst I got unbanned.

TLDR; Bad timing resulted in bias and arguments which lead to a personal dispute with an unsuitable admin and me getting banned. See Puddin's post.

Spoiler: Quick rundown in my POV

When I first joined Blackwonder there were ridiculous claims against a player called Cosmo, some going as far as calling him a pedophile and threatening physical violence. All these claims were based on a bunch of e-mails that one of their admins received daily. There was no proof of him sending them and to this day there is none, however there were things suggesting that someone is trying to frame Cosmo. Thus I and Puddin defended him against the claims telling them they would need serious proof for it. I cannot find the thread sadly, it seems like it's deleted.

A day or two before this I wrote an Admin application since I've been playing on the servers for a while and had nothing else to do with my free time, the usual stuff. Of course defending Cosmo backfired on the app plus the fact that I introduced Puddin to the community didn't help either.

This is where this feedback comes in. It was eye opening and as a result of this and other posts I decided to retract my application.

Of course this did not mean that I stopped playing on their servers or visit their forums during that time period I do not recall any major criticism regarding my posts and at some point I joined their discord server. From where I got banned just a couple of days later by MiyukiMouse. Here is my original appeal for the ban.
The context to that message was an argument between another admin named Lucas and her, if I remember correctly one accused the other for something which lead to them not being friends anymore or something similar. I made that comment because of the accusations made against Cosmo as mentioned earlier. I admit it is snarky but I don't see it as a reason to be banned from their discord without any warning whatsoever.
She shot the appeal down as expected without answering my questions so I created another thread. At this point I was a little angry since it felt like I was talking to a stubborn child.
After she did not reply to that thread I took it into PM as suggested. Again this didn't lead to anything, she made accusations and dodged my questions and denied any examples of what she didn't like about my way of talking.
In hindsight I have to admit that my tone was harsh and not always appropriate, but neither were her reactions to it.

After this nothing happened for a couple of days until this thread. I got involved because most admins seemed to agree with the ban which was absolutely ridiculous, there were no signs of hacking whatsoever. Her last two posts were the cherry on top of the cake. Not admitting her mistake and even putting a "second chance" on a player that did nothing wrong. I called her out on it, again being too harsh. But I still believe it was justified since this person is completely unsuitable for an administrator position.

This should be all major conflicts with her. This and more lead to bias of her and her friends against me and Puddin ultimately resulting in a ban from the gameservers and forums. I suspect that the owner thought it wasn't enough of a reason, which I agree with. So they added hacking to the list, which was later changed to "potential possession of hacks" since there was no proof for it. I made a ban appeal obviously but it got declined for a shoutbox comment, an admin named GRXD got mad at me for saying I did not care about the death of actor XYZ which I replied to with "you are everything wrong with pop culture". Not the best decision of my life, but after enduring the bias and attacks on me for long enough I was really pissed off at that point.

Funnily enough MiyukiMouse was forced to resign just a couple of days later due to being unsuitable.

Fastforward a few months and with MiyukiMouse gone I decided I could make another appeal attempt. You can see what it resulted in, precisely nothing.

That's all, nevertheless you should still listen to Blackwonder's version of the story if you want to actually take it into consideration.

well.. you may be a good guy but i am still unsure if i can put my trust in you admin rights wise.
i simply dont want to deal with another kinderfest if you fuck up something - not saying you will but i dont have the time nor energy to take care of it.
then there is aswell this endless harassing threads with puddin and you and the bla bla he cheats and then you cheat again.. (note that puddin is banned now and wont be unbanned anymore as i am done with his lame jokes and cancerous behaviour aswell several other things)

anyways i'm going to decline it and suggest that you rather integrate yourself into the community more and rather fill in player reports and be active in this way and maybe on a later date you'll apply again and we'll see how it is then.
