Reason for ungag: Not at all cap spam
I was gagged from panda servers because "caps spam" who banned me? Well its our favorite admin of course Madact (sarcasm)! "But Uncle Bear, you were spamming"! no I wasn't maybe I copy pasted 2 times, but that isn't spam (plus I waited 10 seconds to the other "spam") "Why were you spamming"? once again I wasn't spamming, but I was protesting for my friend, ɹǝlɟɟǝɥɔsʎpǝǝdS who got falsely accused of freekilling (I don't know what happened so I interviewed him to see what he would've said) "I don't know what happened I just got banned and muted" I later was gagged for of course "caps spam" I feel like Madact was just mad I said "admin abuse", anyway, ingame...it said "banned 720 minutes spent alive" I just shrug it off its spring break anyway, I wait and wait and wait, I check the ban list and it says, "permanent gag" this is where I think Madact is doing something sketchy so here we are today writing this appeal for the ungag so I can push my lenny bind every so often (not spam). EDIT: i was sent a reply in which i picture where i saw myself spamming. yes i did spam but i got gagged and that was another time, im talking about now how i recently (1-2 weeks idk) gagged

how do you intend on convincing an admin to ungag you when every other line is either a lenny/caps spam, an insult towards admins/players or just general nonsense?

Why are you still going on when the reason why Madact gagged you is right there? From what I see that's spam, the same bind every single minute. Looks like racism and overuse of caps too.

Look at this as well, @Cryptic muted him for micspam recently too. Meaning looks like you're still at it.

The story you tell has the correct direct but the worse lies to put me in a bad light. I'm thankful we have evidence that's publicly shown.
With your story, here is mine;

After a good amount of playing on USA jb, I've been doing my best to give people chances. Usually they stop after warning because they're regulars. They know if they continue that'd get punished. After discussing some things with a certain admin who also visits usa jb, we came to realize players have a habit of breaking rules as soon as they leave. So, I faked my leave. Went offline on steam, fake left and changed my name to pizza. Now is you recall austin's (speedy) appeal I mention 'all hell breaks lose'. When I do it, nothing happens except for speedy mass baiting >.>. I wait a while, then bearbytes points it out and that's how it all started. I ended up gagging someone at first but they didn't notice due to map change. After the map changed, I had to teamban speedy for mass baiting. He was warden at the time, people are confused, bearbytes types in all caps. I had enough of me warning him, so I gagged him. Went on sb later after and changed it to perm as it was his 5th punishment.

Yeah, the guy continued to spit random shit into his mic, even after displaying a warning across the center of the screen.

I'd say give him another chance on the mic, if he proves he's got a decent-running mic, and is capable of speaking properly. If not, there's no point of him being on the mic, 'cause if he chooses to use the mic it'll either result to more random noises or music.

Yeah I understand y I got guard banned. Its hard to remember things when your brain is fryed and your brain is a potato. I did not tell him to put that part in there. I understand what I did. Now I can spend more time with the bird fam.
