Hello pandas !
Name's Oxygene but i got used to be called oxy, I left Team Fortress and panda comunity a year ago. From time to time I felt like playing again, unfortunately jailbreak and RTD were allways empty. But a few days ago jailbreak was almost full and when i connected, i must say i got nostalgic. Though, during my last game i got freekilled at every round and players complained about admins "never" being online. And we indeed have only one full admin for jailbreak and one trial (though he is allready experienced) with madact spending some time on the server too. That's when i decided to re-apply and, after a verry brief talk with madact, who approves that an additional hand would be nice, i am here writing this.

I am 17 right now.

I do not have a verry precise online time, i can play when i get back from school and at night if it is not too late, during the vacations i can play at almost any time of day and night. I live in France so my Timezone is UTC+1 Central European Time.
- My playtime on the server.
Since i played alot before i have a total of 11 days of playtime on jailbreak.
- Do i have a microphone
Yes i do have one and i use it when needed.
- The Panda Community servers i play on.
I spend most of my time on Jailbreak and RTD, but i also enjoy playing on deathrun and Slenderfortress.
- My experience as an admin and with Sourcemod.
I have been an admin here for a total of 11 months counting from the day i got accepted to the one i resigned (November 20, 2014 to October 20, 2015). As for sourcemod i had plenty of time to learn how it works, Though it has been a bit more than a year i left so i think i got rusty.
- Why should you choose me ?
I think that another jailbreak admin could come in handy, for this mod has alot of rules and alot of rulebreakers as well so it needs more admins. I also think that Wolf, Wolfeh and Madact will have a relief if they have some more comrads to help them with their task. I also have experience with administrating Jailbreak here so i could be operative quickly.
- About my policy and the way i administrate.
Hacking:
Evidence will be recorded and the player will recieve a permanent ban
Offensive behavior (this includes insulting, racisme etc ...):
will be warned then silenced for 10 minutes, 30 minutes, an hour, a day and permanently if keeps messing around.
Spam:
Same treatment as above
Advertising hacks:
Hacks advertising will result in a direct and permanent silence.

If i someone freekills, i will first of all slay him and try to make him understand he can't kill anyone except those who do not follow the warden's order. If he persits freekilling he will recieve a 30 minutes guard ban, then an hour guard ban then a 5 hours guard ban, then a one day guard ban, and if he doesn't understand it will be a permanent guard ban for him. Of course the killed prisonners will be respawned.
Baiting:
The baiting guard will recieve a slap and a warning, if he starts again he will be slain and then recieve the same punishments as a freekiller.
Freehiting:
The freehiter will recieve the same treatment as a baiter.
Favoring:
The favoring warden will be warned and if he continues he will recieve a 30 minutes guard ban, then an hour guard ban then a 5 hours guard ban, then a one day guard ban ultimately ending in a permanent guard ban.
Blu team member without a microphone:
I will ask the suspected player to use it if he doesn't he will recieve a permanent guard ban until he complains on the forums
Sabotaging:
If a guards open the cell doors before orders are given, encourages rebels, activates minigame while the warden said not or anything ruining the gae he will be warned and guard recieve te same punishments as a freekiller.
Blu teamkill:
The teamkiller will be guardbanned as are the freekillers and his victims respawned.
