I am going to say no. In the last 17 days he has recieved 4 more gags for insulting/spam/Caps abuse I remember warning him about spamming the chat and he starts insulting multiple times. No point in giving him a second shot for now.I would say let him wait a few weeks/months so he knows what he is missing.

Again, can't remember anything particularly accurate info about the appealer, but same as anyone else. U break the rules, you pay the price. More than 8 times to chance think that should I fuck over admins again or not. I see no reason to ungag either. Chat is basically full of toxic, insults and caps.

As you can see, we can't actually trust people who in the exact moment got perm'd and they appealed there after the last punishment, begging for another chance. We would to wait a big amount of time, while you can change your behaviour (if you care enough). Then probably you will be matured and your appeal probably accepted.

He either spams the chat or insults continuously, he acts like he's oblivious to rules and seems to act like he's some special exception (or as @Uncodex would put it, a "special snowflake"). Rules are rules, he's been warned enough times, the perm has been only applied on him for 2 damn days lol. There's no way he's learned his lesson yet. If being ungagged was that important to him he would've tried to change his behavior long ago. Against.

Permanent gags/mutes/bans are permanent, that means they never wear off, until someone ungags/mutes/bans you.

I guess your appeal can be declined now because all the votes are against the removal of your permanent gag.
Read the opinions carefully and with understanding once again and think about your inappropriate behavior. After a solid time of 1 month your next appeal will have more chances to get accepted.
