- Your name and/or nickname
Hi, I am Inu

- Your age
Kevin knows, so there is no need to repeat it.

- Who gave you permission to apply? (applies to applicants under 15 or those who apply for servers not listed in the "Available positions" thread)
My mum and jesus christ

- Your Steam32 ID (this is not simply a profile link. Look up what it is and how to get it; simply posting what you think it is makes you seem unprofessional)
STEAM_0:1:62120987

- Your general online times and your timezone
Timezone is GMT+1 and my general online times I can not specify as I am a very busy person and they vary a lot.

- Which of our servers do you usually play on and wish to apply for? Would you visit a broader range of servers in case of a report?
I am applying to be a forum administrator so this question is useless.

- Do you have a microphone? (This is a minimum requirement for Jailbreak admins)
Yes I do.

- Your previous experience as Admin or Moderator
I am one of the two co-owners of bazaar.tf and a moderator on steamrep.com. I do not think I need to explain any of these positions.

- Do you have experience with administrating with SourceMod?
Plenty.

- Why should we choose you to be part of our team?
Because I have been previously and I want to step up and help out again. I bring lots of experience revolving around XenForo, sysadmining, community management, TF2, trading, SourceMod and just too many things to count. Those who know me will know why I am useful.

- Finally, please briefly explain how you would do your job, e.g. a general overview of your policies and punishments.
I do not think this applies to the type of application I am posting, hence I won't answer it.

The actual core of this app

What I am applying for is to be a forum administrator and XenForo manager(possibly some dev work as well, just like the good old days). I am not going to be active in game and have absolutely no interest in becoming a gameserver admin.
I will also do community management in any way, shape or form if asked to.

Without further ado.

The story of inu, for the “newfags”

Inu is a white Austrian male, *CLASSIFIED* years old, does something technical for a job, I’ve forgotten what specifically. He joined Panda Community in its early days, when birds still sung and the sun still shone. Then, when there was a split-up between the staff of the community, inu joined up with the “Operation Panda”, a now-dead project which was meant to be “Panda without Kevin” (no more details divulged here, the specificities are irrelevant). Inu devoted his coding services to the Operation for a long time, until somewhere in 2014 I think when inu got sick of the environment. I do not quite recall the reasons, though I remember he felt unappreciated and that the two owners were taking credit for his work while not putting in much effort themselves. After this, he came to the Panda Community to offer his services once more.

Since then, inu spent quite a lot of time doing backend stuff and managing forum business. On the surface level, many know him for his strong opinions which he is not afraid to put forth at any time. Many in this community say he is rude. I have clashed with him on several occasions as well – good times. Oh yea, and we once got drunk and he changed my forum title to “Head Grandma”. There’s a story behind that but I won’t tell it here.

So inu has a lot of experience with setting up as well as managing communities, servers and forums. He created a few communities before, one of which I got to be his right-hand man for. (It went down before it got off because inu was too busy but nice memories nonetheless.) Though he holds sometimes controversial opinions, what he has to offer if nothing else is a backbone. A spirit. Most of all, the forum could use an admin and he can step up to it. And even though he does not mention it in this application, he offered to manage the applications, which would be beneficial as well.

I’m out of things to say.

"One of the few good ones."

Inu may be an asshole, but he'll still love you. As long as you don't intentionally start hating him for his attitude.

Inu was a good fella back in the days of 1 year ago (and prior to that), and while I do not have any participation myself with coding in this forum, he would be a good addition to the background people.

I have no idea what to say anymore, but whatever. No one cares, honestly.

LOL Well you can't say there isn't a warning, because it quite literally is a hell in my signature.

To chug 7 and 7s until I am fucking homeless.
@Stabbin and everyone who cares to read. I have decided to elaborate on my clever ruse response since I get this same question thrown at me a lot recently.

Most of you won't know the back story between Kevin and myself, let alone Operation Panda and I am not here to repeat it as I do not want to write a full essay. When I pledged to help Panda in the past, I think a lot of our difficulties had not been fully resolved yet and frankly, Kevin was a lot younger back then and his attitude was also a 180 from now. I got into things deeper than I should have as dev and sort of felt responsible for making the community better, hence I was part of the entire mutiny that caused my leave.

Nowadays Kevin and I are on good terms, we even agreed on a beer when he has his driver's license. I am still interested in fixing any and all issues, development and community wise but Kevin and I are on the same page now, hence I would like to return. I think we no longer work against each other and are mature enough to agree to disagree and just find a median between our two standpoints.

Will I leave again? Most likely. Nobody stays with a community forever, let alone a community remaining forever. Will it be for the same reasons and in the same short time frame? Most likely not. I feel the biggest issue back then was trust. The trust that I never had in him and the trust he never had for me for obvious reasons if someone knows how far back we go. I am not saying leaving or the mutiny were a mistake at all, they were more than justified at the time and I still stand by those decisions, I do not think they are necessary any more then since Kevin has become a person I can actually talk to.

I want to return to help out an old community that I crossed paths with more times than I can count. I have made many friends and enemies here, both sides being a humbling experience that just makes you remember this place in my honest opinion. What Kevin and I had back then was a little hell, but I think it is safe to say we froze it over. I hope that this is enough, because that's all I can do.

Just a general question I hope you don't mind me asking.
As a forum admin, what would be your duties? I forgot what you did last time exactly but I know you did back end work (Example of this would be creating the forums or something I'm not sure pls forgive me). Wondering what you would do besides the helping with the applications or is that just it? It's ok if it's just it don't get me wrong, I just want it to be clear what you would be doing specifically or what you aim to be doing.

I can not make demands as to what I will be doing. This entirely depends on what the staff entrusts me with.

wb back inu ^^
though i am not admin anymore i'd still like to give him my support because he did alot of good job by the past and the staff can use knowledge and experience.

"many know him for his strong opinions which he is not afraid to put forth at any time."
from what i recall it was he will throw his opinion to your face, like it or not and if you dare show offensive in arguing with him he will drink your tears to spit it back to your face.
