Name of your Banned Steam Account : A L D A G 1
Steam ID: Aldagamer1
Date and Time of the Ban: 07-25-16 08:08
Reason about the Ban: unknown
Admin that Banned you: Shiroe
Why should you receive a unban for the ban:

a group of people called me hacker , they called an administrator and I get ban, but idk why

dodgeball place 59

You were banned for using cheats which two admins (third one came in aswell) recorded multiple rounds of you hitting the rocket off screen at times and also snapping directly to the rocket (see the last part of the demo when the spawn rocket spawned behind him and he does a 180 snap to it and hits it with inhuman speed) constantly.

Shiroe, I advise you to remove the link to the evidence. It should be shared only among the staff and not given to the player.

I think that proves nothing , a person who is good at db knows that you can do that without cheating .

by the way, my sensitivity to play dodgeball is 6 ( idk my mouse dpi )

swear , I do not use cheats .
I and played dodgeball for 2 years , and not only on their servers .

Let me play again on your server please.

If I would use cheats would not take much importance to this but it is not so, and improved a lot and I feel a little flattered by the simple fact of being called " Hacker " but at that time they called me " hacker" were not people they had a lot of experience playing dodgeball , that's why I won them so easily

Based on the demo provided, I don't see anything out of the ordinary.

Regarding the spawn rocket, I wouldn't necessarily say he turned and hit it with "inhuman speed". I've seen players, including myself, being capable of returning spawn rockets likewise. Y'know a spawn rocket is near, whenever you hear a loud sentry beep. If your reaction time is quick enough, you'd prob'ly look up or behind you. He happened to look behind him.

What I've concluded from the demo is that he's bad at tryna steal, and not a hacker.

Reactions: OxyGenE and Deep
I checked the demo twice and there is no sign of hacking from what I see.

I also agree on Cryptic's part about the spawn rocket, most people on db EU do the same thing whenever a rocket gets spawned behind them including myself. Even if it does look inhumane, it's probably just high sensitivity and/or high DPI mouse. Also most of the db hackers I've seen play more linearly with little to no spiking, even if they try they do it way too late anyways.

So I don't think he's a hacker, more or less just a stealer who's also good at db.

Pretty much everyone on EU DB plays just like him. Well, without the steals.
Most players "learned" the rocket movement and predicting the rocket is often not hard of a task. Yes of course it's quite surprising that he hit that one rocket, but that is just hard to do, not impossible! And just like @Lighty said, hackers hit the rocket more precisely and linearly.

Would also like to hear from @Dio Brando as she was there recording aswell before I even got there.

Indeed I was there, and indeed I was recording. I have quite a long demo, actually. However, I was a bit skeptical upon this ban, as I expressed to you last night when we were in the server. Yes, some of his hits did look a little weird and a bit sketchy, but even if he was hacking, at the very minimum toggling, I would have had a much easier time determining that he was hacking, with little to no skepticism.

I could provide the demo that I have, if needed. It will probably show the exact same thing as Shiroe, however, but with a bit more added onto the beginning and/or perhaps the end.

After reviewing the demo I agree with Dio and Deadsworn and the ban has been lifted; My sincerest apologies as I banned off of the event at tick 14200 and upwards when you flicked at inhuman speeds (in my eyes) towards a rocket behind you that just spawned.

Ban has been lifted and this is now closed.
