Actually, @Asuna has suspected proof that you admitted to this account being an alternate of someone who goes by the name of "Sushi." She showed it to me; whether or not she has it is an entirely different story. However, I found what she sent me in the Panda chat records of you "admitting" that you were the banned player in question:

This could be a misunderstanding; however, the fact that you're a relatively new player, had the same name the banned player had when you joined, and the fact that you answered "yes" the the question stated above, makes me on the line here. Asuna should be able to explain a bit more, whenever she reads this thread.

First off, there was a previous player who was banned for one month and his name was Yoda (aka sushi). And what gives it away was when you said "yes" instantly after being asked if you were Sushi from Plumpy. That's all I'm gonna say. That "yes" after "r u sushi" instantly gave it away.

This is not forbidden though. Admin impersonation is forbidden for obvious reasons. Player or clan impersonation is forbidden only if the player who is doing it is expressly showing behaviour meant to insult, provoke or defame the person.

For instance, if I change my name to replicate DeadSworn's, that is against the rules. If I change my name to replicate Skiffa, who is no longer admin, I would not be breaking a rule. But, if I change my name to Skiffa and start saying things like: gaiz I just got off drugs; or: I like giving it away for free lal. <-- that would be forbidden.

im only stating this, due to the fact his name once was exact same as another player, and this one is banned.. to ensure that the other is not

Okay, this needs to be solved now. Either it's him, or it's not. If ANYONE has EVIDENCE that he is the accused person on an alt, give it here now. This is becoming more trouble than it needs to be.

Unbanned due to different ips and no hint of vpn and being as how you connected on the same day as his ban (from what I heard) I doubt that Sushi moved.
