My online times: I am always online after school, so from 15:00 to 20:00 or 22:00 (sometimes i'm sleepy and just go to bed early). On Weekends i am online like from 9:00 to 20:00 or more, but sometimes we go on a trip with family and i'm not gonna be online.
My Timezone is: Central European Time Zone (UTC+01:00)

- Which of our servers do you usually play on and wish to apply for?
I play on DeathRun, Dodgeball and JailBreak. I want to apply for JailBreak.

- Do you have a microphone?
Yes I do.

- Your previous experience as Admin or Moderator
I was never and Admin or Moderator.

- Do you have experience with administrating with SourceMod?
Like i said i was never an admin, but i know some commands (Blame Black Bread xD)

- Why should we choose you to be part of our team?
Because i would like to make JailBreak to run clean with no rule breakers, and i would like to help new players, also i know there are not many admins in jailbreak online all the time, when we have RB and players just leave because they are bored getting freekilled every round so do I. But mostly i want to help your community,servers and New/Old players.

- Finally, please briefly explain how you would do your job, e.g. a general overview of your policies and punishments.

Freekilling: No warnings, Guardban 180min.
TeamKilling (on blu team): 1-2 warnings, if he/she keeps TM GuardBan 340min.
No mic (on blu team): I would of ask him if he/she has a mic. If no response Guardban 180min.
Failing as warden: Permanent GuardBan.
Baiting: 1 warning, if he/she does it again I will Slay him/her. (also can someone tell me what should i do if he/she does it multiple times? Can i ban him/her for that?)
Spamming in mic: 1 warning, If he/she keeps spamming in mic mute for 120min.
Spamming in chat: 1-2 warnings, If he/she keeps spamming in chat mute for 240min.

!After baning him/her i will explain them why did he/she got baned, and that they can go on panda community and make an appeal (unban).

You will personally add the player you have banned and explain the reason for the ban? I seriously doubt that, it would just cause you more stress than is necessary. That, and some of the banned players may not understand English and/or your native language.

There are many ways to fail as a warden, including several of your above noted policies. You would end up giving a lot of permanent guard bans to the wrong players if that is how it is set.

There are many ways to fail as a warden, including several of your above noted policies. You would end up giving a lot of permanent guard bans to the wrong players if that is how it is set.

Failing as warden to me is a section of guard/warden related rules put into a group. My calls always have "Fail as warden - ...", I see it as a more... General statement for wardens that break rules.

Well let's start off the with the app layout. I kinda felt like when I was reading it that it was done with hurry. U should really take ur time and do it well. U got some write errors there and there, but in general it looks ok to me. I agree with the @Tekukarin - Cammy, U should ask more from people , before acting. Chat log of yours seems okay most of the time, Few rekts, swears founded there so try to keep them out.Because I'm not the biggest jailbreak gamer and I only do it time to time I will stay 0 on you. Mayby it will chance in the future, once I have played with u a bit more.
