Previous experience as Admin : i don't have one
Do you have experience with administrating with SourceMod : a little bit not that much but i know some commands and i can learn how tu use them
Why should we choose you : i want to help players who have questions or do something wrong, because an admin helped me some time ago and i want now help other player too, i'm online most of the time and there are lot of player that break the rules and steal i want to make them stop because they stoled my items unusual and australium so that i made a new account and i want to stop this before they ruin the fun for us
how you would do your job : i will tell the players who break the rule or steal that they doing the wrong thing i give them 3 warning and then i give them ban the ban time will be 40 min at first if they kept on doing at then 2 hour for the second time then one day for the third time. As a rough guideline I would probably:
Voice/chat spam: warning -> gag/mute
Excessive spawn camping: warning -> slay -> kick -> ban(1hour/3days... Whatever is common in this community)
Excessive swearing or racism in chat and/or voice chat: warning -> gag/mute
Using glitches: warning -> kick -> ban (again whatever length of time is common for that behaviour in this community)
Cheating: Ban (unlimited)
