I kill a player not following orders, warden(gbeam) accuses me of freekill, gbeam and zev come up to me (even though im away from the players), gbeam quickly enables FF without warning, zev hits me and teamkills me, then gbeam quickly disables it back. The sequence of events seems like they both conspired to kill me. I included the conversation after, gave zev a chance to explain himself, he wasn't apologetic at all and neither was gbeam. Typically if someone accidentally kills someone else they didn't mean to, they are apologetic about it, which makes me think this wasn't an accident.

I find that hard to believe when you didn't melee for >4 seconds and as soon as FF comes on for a second you immediately melee and kill me. That combined with the fact that you weren't apologetic at all after killing me. People only apologize for accidents, and for you this was clearly not an accident.

seriously, it was accidental, i didnt see ff go on, literally, there have been so many different instances of accidental team kill that people dont apologise for

After discussion from the team, the verdict is here.

Gbeam will be receiving a guardban. No reason to enable FF there except to have you die and spend the round in spectator.
You killing a Red for going to the end of Obby is exactly your job as a Blu. Being questioned as to why you killed them was because of who that Red was.
It being an accident is a something we aren't buying. For what reason would you 'missclick' a key that serves no other purpose to a sniper, as Zevs just so happens to be swinging his melee, all for less than a two second window.
The response afterwards too is not indicative of an accident. "Mare doesn't do anything wrong just don't kill them please" very much shows why you killed him, the Red he legally killed earlier.
There is no doubt within the Admin team that it was intentional.

Zevs will not be receiving a guardban. While not the best look for him either, whipping someone as a soldier naturally makes sense.
Could they have done it together? Potentially, but the Admin team could very well believe it to have been accidental on Zev's part.
The response afterwards isn't the best look for him either, but it's just not enough to go off alone.
Zevs was not the one to turn on ff, and to our knowledge had no forewarning it'd be on either.
