Sounds hilarious and fun. Easy fix is just restrict it to only building dispensers and teleporters, I'm also sure there's some shenanigans that could be done to cap them at lv 1 if it's too big of a problem.

For any rebel engineer to use his buildings to help his team it would require him to escape, get ammo, then somehow reintegrate with the group, all without blues noticing. That level of incompetence would be a deserved round loss. Building a dispenser in the middle of a group of reds isn't going to be as easy as it sounds because of the audio queue and time it takes for the building to construct. Teleporters into armory only matter on maps that have annoying and convoluted armory entrances, otherwise almost every armory has a quick way in that you'd likely have already broken to get in to get metal in the first place. It would give an enjoyable reason to play engineer as a rebel class - as a supportive rebel rather than as an offensive rebel. Might break some map balancing but it sounds like a blast to actually try and balancing be damned if it's fun.
