Why were you punished? Baiting, Freekilling, Freehitting and Illegal FF.

Why should we revoke your punishment? I got guard banned a while ago for the reasons above, I was playing with a few of my friends so I was just having a bit of a laugh but I know now that just because I'm playing with friends doesn't mean I get to break the rules. I will be on my best behavior from now on. I apologise and hope I can be unguardbanned

I am fine with this appeal getting accepted. The final decision is up to my mentor, @Mehgend. Though your history is rocky, you have put some decent time in and stayed out of trouble from what I've seen recently. If this does get accepted, be very careful in the future. To appeal in the future would be much harder.

Apologies for the extended wait. I have had other commitments outside of the game and haven't kept up with Panda as much as I would've liked. Just unfortunate timing all across the board. Not going to dig into it but it's been good at the very least.

Now, upon digging into your past on the server:
The first rule break I can find/still is archived was from May 7th 2024. That was only 421 days ago.
Subtracting the 100 days since the most recent teamban was given (March 24th 2025) and the 51 days you were banned from the server entirely means we are left with only 270 days of potential game play since your first infraction and your most recent.

In that time you were guard banned four times and received four more communication blocks. That quite frankly is absurd.


But in the 100 days since your teamban you've seemingly been welcomed by a handful of newer regulars, you're still a little wacky with chatlogs and have some less than stellar moments, but at least you're not really toxic or anything.

I am willing to allow another go at being a guard.
Just be warned, I, as well as other staff, were super on the fence about this because of the nature of literally every single one of your punishments, both within panda and on other communities, a future teamban will be much more difficult to appeal. Especially if you continue treating appeals the way you have both on this thread and in the past in other TF2 communities. Be patient, someone will nudge admins if appeals/reports take longer than needed to fulfill. There's absolutely no need to post some of the stuff you have.
Don't do anything dumb and it all should be ok. Accepted.
