This is the most simple suggestion of mine by and far.

No this LR isn't broken like Shovel Day was, it just sucks.
Loud=Funny wears off quickly (and is frankly incredibly annoying), and the gameplay devolves into watching the last 5 people run around delaying.

This LR frankly just sucks, and I groan every time I see it selected.

To elaborate, kills on HHH day play the Horseless Headless Horsemann jingle. The constant kills cause the jingle to stack a la getting multiple kills in one Machina shot.

this LR should be absolutely removed. Its incredibly loud, buggy and unfun.

Recently I alt tabbed back in after thinking I had closed TF2 to find that my ears were exploding. There was no reason for it to be this loud, and honestly, this lr was kinda meh anyway, so lets chuck it.

I wouldn't mind this LR if it wasn't so loud. I'd at least prefer it to hunger games.

Since the thread is over 3 years old I would like to regauge opinions of reducing all special LR rounds to a flat 5 minutes.

This would include all LRs that aren’t normal rounds, such as Freeday For All.
LRs like low gravity day would not be affected, because it’s a modification of a normal round where LR is given.

literally half of the reasons you presented in the thread is it takes too long.

so in the event it gets shortened, it sucks because its too loud? that's why you want it gone? I'm confused because volume is genuinely a non issue in basically every degree

And correct you are Eagle. I always say ‘incoming earrape. Lower your volume’ either over VC or chat.

Honestly, even if the shorter timer will be implemented, the effects would still be the same: poor eardrums because of those loud stomps and the jingle being played constantly all over again.
I would’ve liked the LR better if it didn’t give me hearing damage.

Goodbye days where my hearing is getting tarnished.
(I honestly could care less about the guys just moving around for 5 minutes)

In this case, the jingle spam + loud stomps almost overrule any type of VC usage. It’s that loud.
(I know orders cannot be given but if there is in no way of hearing other players talk to each other through VC, you know you’ve created a monster )

It's a pretty awful lr itself on top of the loud sounds + we are getting/got a lot of new lr's, so let us get rid of some awful ones.
