I then kindly send messages within admin chat to advise that this is a misunderstanding. Nergal responds " wasn't your message directed towards the player sym or something?" Displaying confusion, prompting me to elaborate .
To which he then ignores me and proceeds to tell me to stop messaging and appeal on forums.

I care not about your commban, bypassing the alt detection plugin does not necessite any skill and by the time this appeal is handled the gag would've been expired.

Rather it upsets me how Nergal found it sufficient to gag me for "tf u mean suck your mom" ; how he displayed he himself isn't sure of what's going on prompting me to explain repeatedly and to calmly request he reconsiders only to ignore me first few times then tell me to appeal on forums.

I simply wish for him to acknowledge this is a mistake that could've been handled better.

I can only assume you used that as some desperate attempt to save yourself because while I have recently learned from one of our British admins that it's apparently a not uncommon British insult, it's still an offensive/disrespectful one with a sexual meaning behind it. That comment came immediately after I warned you not to make comments such as calling Sushi a "gay Asian," which gives me reason to believe you were directing that comment towards me as a response to my warning, unless this is something I'm missing between you and Sym.

Your gag has expired, but I as I would’ve declined this regardless, this will still count towards your stacking.
