I believe I am a suitable candidate for this position because over time I have learned much more than back then. I have had many experiences that made me become a better human being I learned from the mistakes I made with others and try to be respectful. I know that the biggest deal with this application is my lengthy rep of punishments along with my previously created fights and altercations, but I believe that I have changed for the better and that I have learned from my mistakes and no longer act like how I used to. Going aside from this I am very active with the community I participate with the people and try to help others as much as I can. Though recently there has been a decline in my reports this is because of school and winter break being that there is a lot of work during winter break, but now I believe that I am ready to make a difference and help better the community in a timezone where administration is needed thanks for reading this.

1st offense: Warning
2nd offense: 12 hours
3rd offense: 1 day
4th offense: 3 days
5th offense: 1 week
6th offense: 1 month
7th offense: Permanent

Guard bans:
1st offense: Warning and a slay if needed.
2nd offense: 120 mins
3rd offense: 240 mins
4th offense: 480 mins
5th offense: Permanent


Spray bans:
1st offense: Warning
2nd offense: Spray ban

Intentional MFK: Permanent guard ban + 720 minute server ban.

Accidental MFK: 360 minutes team ban the first time, Permanent guard ban the second time.

Punishment ladder was taken from Mehgends application last time I did not write my stacking right and this stacking seems to be the most commonly used stacking

Hello Cowboy very sorry for the late response I just arrived home.

For Clip 1:
So before we get to the obvious freekilll I would like to highlight what Zel said to me I don't like him making a joke on racial segregation day however I don't see it as a mute worth and would simply warn Zel. Now about the player in question being the scout, it's obvious he is intentionally freekilling even if the Pyro broke the breakable this should not be kos worthy as there is no rule against breaking breakables. There are no signs of him running away which would make him kos. To put it since we are not going off of priors I would place a 120 min guardban while this might seem heavy as a first offense had he only killed one person I would have let it off with a slay followed by a warning as to why I slayed him had he commit something like this again I would go to 120 min guardban.

Final verdict: 120 min guardban+message as to why+and a team switch off of blue

Clip 2:
Very simple here judging that he is only mic spamming based on the clip I would warn him for mic spamming saying (Micspamming could get you muted pls stop) using the admin chat and warn the others while they're not doing anything wrong besides telling him to a shutup I feel as if it is this reaction that causes the mic spammer to continue for example what I would say is- (Please use better words to help with rule breakers) because just a regular shut up is not going to stop someone but that is my idea.

Verdict: Warning/Slay 1st chance 2nd time 12hr mute+plus teamswitch due to being on blue + messages for both parties

Clip 3:
Very chaotic lets take this one at a time

starting with the warden-He knows what situation he is in, if I remember correctly this I am Groot bit was a thing not only done for one round it was done for a couple of days until they were banned so the warden if I was going to handle it would be guard banned for 120 mins now this might seem aggressive and overreacting but the warden had to have known about what he was getting into putting Groot as the host and him answering with "I am Groot" for everything

Alexander Knight- Here I would mute for encouraging rule breaking this is because Alex is a regular he should know that when someone is speaking without clear orders that you can't react to you should not go with the bit that is going to result in a freekill and him encouraging on picking someone to kill is a rule break which should be met with a 12 hour mute along with a teamswitch from blu for encouraging rulebreaking

Blepstien- he would get a 120 min guardban this is a simple situation he freekilled Karts without warden order+ it was also a freekill as the warden gave incomprehensible orders

and finally Groot- first off the party will receive two punishments a Guardban along with mute

Guardban- favoritism/not giving clear orders to the reds he favorites the person I can't see his name into letting him choose who he kills despite him not being able to pick anyone to kill because no actual question was asked.

Mute- clear and simple Micspamming the phrase (I am groot) he is constantly doing it and with it resulting in a freekill happening this deserves a mute for 12 hours because it got someone killed and that the party should learn not to do this again and a mute would support this hopefully teaching them a lesson.


I know I talked a lot but I just wanted to justify my opinion on the situations please any feedback is helpful thank you.

for a while now and there is no doubt you have matured a lot since your permas were lifted. The answers you gave to Cowboy’s quiz are also satisfying. Your sessions are pretty good.

Theres a few statements you made in your quiz that i have to correct you here.

I dont agree that Groot deserves a mute in this instance since hes not being outwardly disruptive in this particular video and only appears to be doing it sparingly. Of course this would be a different manner if he was doing it the entirety of the round but we dont have that information based on the length of the video.

Hey Cowboy thanks for the response I see what you mean after watching the clip since in the questions we are going based off of no prior history. but I do hope that you can move up to a plus 1 because I know I don't seem mature to you which is understandable but I really hope that you can overcome this feeling and I can be trusted in your eyes as I am trying to mature more and trying to regain your idea of maturity.

Thanks for the response krook I hope that we can overcome this as I am really trying to show that I want this position because I really am trying to show that I've matured and regain trust in the community about being mature and ready to take on a position that requires maturity and trust.

Hey Grambam thanks for the response I get where you come from the last time I applied I was very sick so I was on at 12-1 in the morning but now with no many days off from school I don't go past 10-11pm on weekdays and weekends around 12-1 I am playing with my friend but thank you for the response I hope I make your vote +1

The spaceman hype is so there trust. But it all honesty I see where you come from same thing happens with me and you our time zones affect us when I'm in school you're on jb which is why we are unable to see each other I hope I change your mind in the review process and gain the goodwill you are looking for in me.
