What would you say makes you a suitable candidate?
Squeaky clean record, high availability, and a good understanding of the rules. Besides that I'd say that I don't mind playing jailbreak even when there's fewer people on, lots of newcomers, or no fun regulars I know. It feels like whenever a fun person disconnects, everyone else goes with them, but I'll keep playing to keep the server alive and make sure there is a fun number of blues.

I would play jailbreak how I normally do, but with the ability to educate and enforce rules with admin chat. I'd say my biggest weakness for being admin is my lack of forum reports. If that makes me ineligible I apologize, but I've always tried to solve things in game rather than out of it, which I feel is more relevant to the position I'm applying for.

Warning, slaying, and team switches would be my first response to most offenses. I believe the punishment stacking is as follows.

Guard bans
1st- 2 hour ban
2nd- 4 hour

As far as sprays go I don't understand the reason to give a warning there. If they're using a banworthy spray I'd probably just ban it without warning.

I have a few videos for you to take a look at. Please answer each video with how you would deal each situation if you had admin powers. Answer honestly and to the best of your ability. Please treat these individuals as if they have no prior history and please state a lack of context if one is present.

1st clip seems to have the blue player mommychefgirl(I can't really read the name from the quality of the video) talking about their homophobic religions beliefs? I assume some kind of discussion in reply to another player, but I can't make out the chat well enough.

If I was there I would use admin chat to tell all parties to drop the conversation as a jailbreak team fortress server isn't the place for that. Then if I was alive I would use voice chat to try to start a new different conversation, but if I was dead I would just watch and make sure that the discussion is over. If it's continued in any way I'd give a second final warning with a threat of a comms punishment.

2nd clip looks like illegal trivia. I think towards the end of the clip the warden king of simps also tries to give a second lr? The implication from the start of the clip with the recorder circling their name, I'd assume they've been doing this kind of thing, or rule breaking in some context before this, but I'm going to ignore that and treat it like I just joined and am responding to the warden's present actions.

As soon as the warden asks the question for LR I would probably speak up on vc that you can't do that. Shortly after warden would still likely give LR. I would then use admin chat to display a message akin to "trivia must be played with buttons, remove lr" or something of that nature. I would then hope the warden followed my directions. I also wouldn't mind using vc to help them out if they really wanted to attempt mass trivia. Otherwise we could easily continue the round from that point assuming it's just a blue unfamiliar with the rules. If warden was noncompliant I think a guard ban would be justifiable.
Though if the blues had killed everyone in medic in response to warden's actions I'm not sure what the appropriate response is. I'll have to think more on that for now.

If I'm not mistaken the 3rd clip starts with the blue sniper cat freehitting the red heavy Savador. I assume freehit because I don't see rebel status for Savador in chat, and it seems like most the rebellers are dead at this point in the round. Though it's possible he was aiming for another rebeller in the stack. Then cat goes on to kill the red medic Solar Mist, which without context could be due to a no healing class restriction? As soon after both the other medics stop healing as well. It's also possible he intended to shoot the red engineer william for uncrouching as they were close together at the time of the shot. Though I doubt all of this speculation with observations like that he switches weapons after firing and that he doesn't kill the targets I'm assuming are also kos by my logic. Don't know why the blues aren't reacting this early on though, or why the reds aren't complaining(maybe it's a problem with demos I'm just unaware of where chat isn't displayed). I'm just mentioning these aspects because I think they could make me hesitate to punish without context if I was just playing on red following orders. Obviously by the end of the clip it turns into a full mfk and would be punished as such, but It would be ideal to deal with the problem before that.

First thing I would probably notice is Solar Mist being killed. Something I often do, while playing, is ask blues why they killed someone. Most the time I'll receive a valid reason, even if I disagree with the lack of leniency over the prisoner's actions. So in this context I would ask cat why they killed Solar Mist, and if cat seemed unresponsive there were other blues watching that I can ask. If cat was aiming for william and freekilled by accident I'd just tell them to be more careful, respawn Solar Mist, and continue with the round. Though it doesn't seem like they were using their mic. I would of course become suspicious if they were refusing to respond or use their mic on blue. I would then ask them to use their mic, and if they didn't I would team switch them. Then afterwards gaurdban them if they rejoined blue without using their mic.
Continuing with the clip in the scenario in which they responded in text chat with some sort of excuse, Solar Mist is respawned, and we're in obby. When another red is killed I would again ask for context(assuming I was busy with obby and didn't witness the events myself similar to william). After all it's possible reds are delaying, or cheating, or taunting killing against warden's orders. In the clip the blues clearly react to it as a freekill and I could just ask them if cat freekilled. At that point cat would be guard banned.
If I died to obby I would spectate cat for being suspicious and likely be able to guard ban them for any observed offense.

Overall, answers are good. I have no issues in that regard.
Only thing that I would say, is that you have reports under your name.
Other than that, you're always a positive presence in game and you're always friendly.

You had amazing responses that went as far as going over a few hypothetical situations which helps get an even greater idea. My memory kind of sucks with some names, but the fact that I can't recall any negative memories or interactions or an incorrect understanding of the rules.

Reports show much more than this, they show appropriate judgement and willingness to step out of your comfort zone, go onto some internet forum and continue to improve the server from there.

With how many hours youre putting in on the server, 7 HOURS A DAY sessions and not even a single report is kind of insane to me. I like that you engage with suggestions, but this aspect of community engagement can be improved upon. Its not that hard to make reports, why would we pick you as an admin if you cant really prove it to us.

In game you're mostly great, you're fun to play with and bring a positive atmosphere to the server, HOWEVER, some of your conduct in chat is a bit immature, like one of the most immature of all the current applicants. This sentiment also extends into my view of you being an admin, I just dont really see it. I have played with you for hours, more than any other applicant and I rarely feel as if you step out of your bubble to do some hands on administration that you mentioned in your app.

Overall, I think you're a candidate that is lacking in the qualities that we require as a team, theres nothing concrete here, I hope you can understand my position.

This obviously can and might change during the review period, I want to, I want more viable candidates to pick from, but for now I cannot support this application.

Got to agree with Banana here, this is a pretty big deal and its something i can't overlook.

Im personally going to give you a -1 with a catch. If you show during your review phase that you can post reports and have a bigger presence then i am willing to change my vote.
