When this map got added to the poll, people hated it beacuse of the bugs it had. after the update, it was better. But people still dont want to play on it.

I have seen this map be played once in theese 2 months. so i really dont think we need to keep this map on the poll if no one is actually going to bother playing on it.

the map itself is also fine, it has cool minigames that fell off from the other ones in a good way, and with voiceover in theese minigames which is pretty cool. but still, no reason to keep this since no one plays on it.

A map rarely being played is not grounds for removal, especially when it’s one of the better maps in rotation.

Rarely played means nobody wants to play it.

We’ve removed countless maps before due to this reasoning alone.

it just means people prefer other maps, embarrassing that we add servilive because we need more mid maps, but a competent map gets removed because nobody bothers nominating for it

No one is talking about servilve?

People don’t like the map so they nominate other maps. Hence why a map that is underplayed, gets suggested for removal.

when i got off ml_castle, people voted albany over instacity, getting a 13 - albany | 3 - instacity vote ratio (where the map vote button matters, beacuse people dont care to vote for maps under the number 6 most of the time. albany was at number 5, albany at 4)

it's a good map. It's just that current jb playerbase tends to stick to a select few maps. We need these lesser played maps to get more appreciation hence the many suggestions for a longer map cd. Just because current jbers play pretty much solely hop, minecraft, supermario, mlcastle, jailfort and cargo doesn't mean they should be the only maps in rotation. It just means us as a community need to push for a higher map diversity. Not limit it.

to add on this. People refuse to believe instacity has changed, it was bad before so they have that stigma towards it. They refuse to give it a chance and that's on them.

I know i dont play much like i used to but i dont think i've ever actually had the chance to play on this map live. Would prefer this to stay in rotation for a while longer in order for the community to actually have a more concrete stance on the map as a whole.

I think instacity is a fine map, we just never play it. My main problem with it is that you have to walk a mile in order to get to half the minigames.

literally the spy vs spy situation ( atleast when i played it ) it just gets rtv'd after the 2-3 rounds. Barely played the map so i dont see the point of even having it in the map pool

Have played the map exactly once since it came out. Dont want a back and forth of removing and adding this map. Just keep it in rotation.

I genuinely think the only reason people dont choose it and always rtv it when it does get chosen is because it's not a regular.
It has its flaws, but its minigames are fun and that gordon ramsay shopping mall minigame is awesome, it's very open but because of the blur you cant just get sniped across the entire map, etcetera

plays one good round of instacity, changes mind, it's so peak when people actually give the map a chance
