Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute / teamban:
First of all, I would want to apologise to Pro Ricky for what I said in the steam messages, I know it was really uncalled for and really bad what I said and promise to not go out on a player or admin again like that. Now about the gag... So I joined the #04 server to play some dodgeball. After like a few rounds after I joined, I said "nig" randomly not trying to imply anything or something, then Ricky warned me to not say that or any type of words that might be understood as racial slurs so I stopped. Approximately 4 rounds after I haven't said anything since I got the idea I see that I got gagged for 1440 mins for "Provoking/Racism" even though I stopped saying anything after that warn, after that I was a little bit annoyed and went to Ricky's private messages on steam and asked why I was gagged. He then showed me this picture without giving any explanation https://prnt.sc/1nh6bw0 so I got angry and said really bad things to him (which I want to apologise once more for that) so Djusan made my gag permanent.
Now why I think why it should've not been a gag in the first place or neither: First of all "nig" that might be understood as a racial slur and even after that I got warned so I complied and didn't say anything provoking/offensive but still I got gagged for 1440 mins. Second thing is that what I said to ricky it was in private messages on steam as in no offensive message to ricky was sent on server ONLY in private messages and there wasn't really a death threat like I didn't say I am gonna do something to him. The final point is that I only have 2 commblocks with this perma gag being the 2nd since the first 1 as you can see was between me and waxel just messing around. Thats all I have to say, sorry once again for what I said Ricky.

I'll show some point in my answer here because you and everyone reading this should know everything.

First thing is : As you said to Madact in private

Even if you're telling this "as a joke" you're not fooling anyone here, this word was not to be meant as "nightclub" like you said to Ricky... At least take your responsability here, apologize and everything is ok. But no, you tried to fool Ricky with this little trick "That's for nightclub dah".

Ricky went to me, his mentor, to ask me what to do. As you're not aware of, we deal with racism with a no warning comm punishment on db, he talked to me and showed me his discussion with you, that's why it took some time before he gagged you, because I asked him to do so. The gag is valid in our opinion.

Second thing, even if you apologized to Ricky here, let me show what you sent in private message :

I need you to understand something here, you're deathwishing about a real person, not a player, not an admin. A HUMAN. And don't say "It's a joke lolilol", no, fucking heck no. If you'd threatened him, I won't lie, you would've been perma banned from panda. That's not something to joke about.

Since you apologized, I'm willing to reduce your punishment, to one week and no less.
I need you to really understand what you did here. This kind of behaviour is not allowed, and will never be allowed on our community. (And beyond, if someone punishs you in class for example, you're going to say some stuff like this? That's fucked up.)
