The two alters have been taken care of.

With Nekozecat, he was killed by a Boston Basher scout; he didn't slay. I do not see any sort of proof that he intended to do this to give a RED ammo, he may have just decided to go close to the REDs to taunt, as I've seen a lot of BLUs do in the past. I do agree that is baiting however, but because he is fairly new, I will give him a reminder the next time I see him.
