I am submitting another appeal from my previous. I went through some appeals and found cheaters from years and years ago were successfully appealed. Mine was from almost 6 years ago, I obviously grown from that situation and will never use any sort of cheats again. Im into just having fun and enjoying the gamemode. Some made stories about them being previous accounts. I'm still on the same account but all the info is the same. I will link a similar appeal I found. I just got my brother into gaming as well and built him a custom PC. Im sure he will have to make a IP Ban appeal to play.

You cannot appeal for it. Once you've cheated on panda you can never come back. You've admitted to it so the ban stays.
What you are referring to is cheating bans with lack of evidence or the evidence is invalid. Those can be successfully appealed.

Nobody has ever had a cheating ban lifted for confirmed cheating.
