Why were you punished? advertising "cheats"

Why should we revoke your punishment? long story short: i was playing with piss-themed loadout and pasted "Get good, get piss! get piss hacks @ pisshacks.net" few times in chat (after getting a kill on players), and got perma banned for it despite of it being obviously fake (site does not exist, pretty sure there's also no "piss tf2 cheat client". few days ago another player with nickname "otsecret" was advertising LMAOBOX (which is real cheat client and has its website) in chat a lot of times and only got muted for 12 hours. basing on this i think perma ban is too harsh of punishment for a piss joke.

since i thought it was a real hack client i placed a perm on that but since its linked to the person itself cheating but since it was a joke and it doesn't actualy exist i wil replace it with a comm ban for 12 hours since you still spammed it in chat.
