This guy was guard banned yesterday by Kazzy and his guardban expired this morning (A few minutes before this clip.) He immediately went back on BLU without reading the rules.

And since I know somebody's going to post it anyway since it's clear Pepsi-Man broke the rules slaying as warden this is Pepsi man's steamID:

I definitely feel worse for this guy though. He clearly just made a mistake and didn't know how to handle it properly. He apologized and everything, and honestly if the clip of him slaying wasn't crucial to Bean Can's report, I wouldn't have bothered reporting it.

Pepsi won't be teambanned for that since it clearly looks like a one-time mistake and we aren't that strict on the rules. Mechanical was teambanned already by Asper.
