Hey there, I used to play on this server all the time but I recently noticed it always has 0 players but not even a year ago would have full lobbies. I'm just curious what happened, like did it just die naturally or something else?

It just died naturally, yes.
Happens from time to time. Quite a few Panda-Servers have died and some of them have revived after a couple months or even years of having no players.
Maybe if you come back in another year it'll have players again.

Maybe we could help it along with a map change or something else.
If you have any ideas that could help the server or you feel like would generally be a good addition feel free to suggest them here.
