I went in that room where there are all the statues of the donators (I was sticky jumping as Demo) and I found a green present. I walked over it and it said "7 of 8 secret presents found". What are they?

They are literally that, secret presents hidden all over the map that trigger an event when all of them are collected. Once the event has been triggered the presents will respawn after a while.
