Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute / teamban:::::: There was 2 players were fighting and I told them to "shut up" because they were just filling up the voice chat with randomness. I got sick of no one speaking up and getting them to stop so I said shut up hoping it would work and get the 2 players to quit fighting. then I was muted shortly after.

As I reviewed to the .dem, you were the one "fighting" with another player, calling him a dick/a retard.
The other guy mentioned that you got a warning from the admin in voice chat, and that was worth for both of you, you should've stopped right there, but you didn't. At the end both of you guys fighting got muted.
With your current playtime you should know almost perfectly our rules, but you should give them a look.
