I was muted for being annoyed, playing Half Life 2 zombie sound effects constantly and being a general nuisance. I have changed a lot since then and do not intend in being annoying. I truly just wish to have my nolstalgia back by playing TF2 jailbreak.

Looking at your previous punishment I kind of doubt that you have changed since you've been doing shit like this since 2019 and kept going until the perm I gave you in 2022, so I don't really believe that you've changed in those 1-2 years.

BUT I'm willing to give you the benefit of the doubt, so I'll accept this appeal and you can go back to your "Nostalgic Jailbreak experience", though be aware that if you were to break the rules again then me or any of the other admins will slap that Perm right back on.

Just follow the rules and you'll be fine.
