Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute / teamban: I got gagged two times 3 years ago by a admin who is banned by now, Lighty. Although i take responsibility for the one 2 years ago, where i played one song through my mic. I also think it was not fair that i got warned or gagged for this one recently, since someone said "hey" in caps and I replied with "HELLO". First time using caps in some time. It was also pretty long ago when I got gagged and muted and I will make sure I would not do it again.

You got gagged and muted 3 years ago yeah, but time doesn't reset our stacking punishment. Also, I got to gag and mute you for one week just 5 months ago, that's not a very long time.

However it's true that you only used a small sentence in full caps, doesn't deserve a full gag here. Accepted and ungagged BUT :

I strongly recommand you to read our rules because when I went through your logs I found some "Asshole." "Noob." stuff. We don't do this around here, I suggest you to hold back a little when you're using communication. (Toxic behaviour was why I silenced you previously, don't do it again).
