Reason about the Ban: I got banned for alternate account but i've never even played this server before

Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute / teamban: Because I have never played this server before and wanted to play saxton hale but when I did I got banned as soon as I joined and the reason was alternate account. I always use a VPN when playing TF2 and this is the only server that has banned me for using one.
