I have no idea as to why I am banned for duplicate accounts. I've only ever owned one steam account.

I believe this was a mistake. I've never duped or made alt accounts, nor am I toxic, troublesome or guilty of breaking any rules. I just want to be able to join my friends as I have to be left out when they go on your servers :/

Did you share a network connection with anybody within your household that used steam back in 2019? Such as a family member, room mate, etc?

Yes, I just spoke to my friend Seal who told me the incident in late 2019 of him and my brother, Thy God. I didn't know this occurred before today, so I assume this was why I've been banned as I live with him and thus share the same IP address.

Seems about right. I believe you are his brother. Thy God is free to appeal his ban as well but I doubt he'd want to come back.
