Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute / teamban: I was falsly banned with this reason before, and I do not get it why I once again got banned when I didn't even play on the server before! As for a request (as listed in the title) try to update the Console, or check there. I do believe there might be an error there...

Damn your IP switching faster than my underwear.
Seems whichever provider you're with is reusing IP addresses so you get stuck with IPs that could be banned not just here, but other places as well.
