Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute / teamban: because afaik i havent done anything; i remember appealing a gag/mute but now suddenly im gagged and muted again.

I tried checking the chatlogs but can't see what I wrote
Is there even evidence of me being toxic?

At the time there was, but chatlog on hlstats clears I believe...Either every 3-6 months.

We don't require our admins to save evidence for their punishments unless it is for hacking. Having to document everything would take up a lot of time.
But be assured that when that report was made, Cheese gaming did check the chatlog and concluded what you said was gag worthy.

It's too late to contest that you weren't toxic. You'd need to prove yourself that you were not toxic at the time and with no evidence it would be your word against a current admin at the time which we are more inclined to believe the ex admin.

I'm not denying that I was toxic, I was just confused as to whether or not the evidence submitted in the report was still valid
Ik I should've included this in the report but I was like 13 at the time and I think I've matured past being toxic on tf2

its your 2nd Perm gag but its been like 4 years so il allow 1 last chance to prove you moved past your behavior but remember you wil be monitored and be regagged without warning if you get caught being toxic again
