rule he/she broke: stealing. maybe hacking(he has 7 hours on tf2 and is good)
evidence:
when i joined this guy was there and he stole from everyone. we told him to stop stealing but he didn't give a s**t about it. i checked his steam profile and he has 7 hours on tf2, he played too good for a guy with 7 hours on the game so i suspected him for hacking.
