Just for reference they are already gagged, you can check it through our Source Ban. They were gagged that same day listed on the chat log you provide.

You were making a report on a user that was already gagged 2 months ago. They can’t really defend themself in chat since they’re perma gagged and muted against any insults and it seems like you reported them even though they already were punished based on some in game incident. Madact handled the report professionally and it was marked as invalid since the user was already punished, she was just warning you not to make a report just out of emotion or something in game.

I don’t know you were you weren’t gagged yet for calling people fags and to neck themself since your chatlog shows that you called them brain dead and accused them of being elo boosted. Also there’s no reason to make incessantly remarks on a staff’s profile, the report was already resolved if you’re always confused about it or have any question you can ask the staff through forums or on steam privately.

And yes @Chae do have a point with your toxic behaviour in game chat.

I'll mark this as invalid since you have nothing wrong about the admin who declined your report and apply a gag on you according to your recent logs.
