It would appear they are Alting as well, because when I came back after filing this, they were replaced with a private account named "YuriYuriDaze" and they sound the exact same.

I find that to be a bold faced lie. You and your "friend" sound awfully similar. Also, when people in the server ask yuri if it is an alt, they go mysteriously deaf, you'd think they have a good explanation if they were simply a friend.

The other account STEAM_0:0:95146329 appears to be an older 'abandoned' account. Both of them have history of mfking and getting banned on panda and other tf2 jailbreak communities. This account has been known as flofliz since 2018, which then transferred to STEAM_0:1:426754214

STEAM_0:1:426754214 is permanently teambanned . At 15:30 pm GMT +2 they say in chat " i should unguard banned.". This account leaves and STEAM_0:0:95146329 joins with same username 15 minutes later going straight to blue team.

Also the clip of the voice does sound like the same person.

So with that I'm pretty convinced they are the same person. User is evading punishment, so both accounts have been banned. Just in case in the future they do get unbanned, I've placed a mute.
