This one is a bit iffy. I don't think it's worth punishing for a couple weird comments and a moan over vc. I understand that miku is like 12 or something canonically, but it's not really common knowledge. And the comment was in regards to Brazilian hatsune miku, which if you've seen the plentiful amount of artwork of her that was going around on twitter a few months ago I'd understand why you wouldn't think she was a minor.
I'm going to decline this but feel free to report if the behaviour persists.
