===Context===
-Tele-hit has been a thing since forever, this oversight basically allowed hales that use teleport to time their hits and use the tp at the same time which resulted in them instantly hitting REDs
as soon as they used the teleport, which is supposed to give them a short stun.
-Only in the recent past (half a year or so) has a script been made that prevents tele-hits from happening, the issue is, this new variation has been discovered only recently
and the script was never coded to prevent a random exploit such as this one.
-If you time your weighdown, which has 1s delay to it, and you teleport at the exact same time, you can achieve tele-hit, this works because weighdown applies quick-fix condition (blue circle below the player) that gets rid
of the "fear" effect which is applied upon using teleport for a short duration.
-Like I said, this has been discovered quite recently, Scoob is the one that has been abusing it the most thus far, he is very aware of this being an oversight/exploit but he still continues to use it to his
own advantage. He has been banned for exploiting before in the past.

Quick fix uber doesn't get rid of fears, it prevents stuns, pushback and fear during it.
Also I'm not the only one to have exploited this, but I'm not a snitch and I'd prefer getting banned over something this petty lol then pulling people down with me over something like this, a bit humorous if anything.

Also to @Kruphixx this feature would need weighdown or technically every teleport hale that has a pinpoint teleport to have the weighdown lose its quick fix uber in order for this to be fixed, and for every pinpoint teleport hale to lose quickfix uber on rage since that also applies to the issue, unless something like a custom attribute being applied for the duration of the weighdown which wouldn't be fun for gameplay purposes which would be attribute 821 or no_attack to prevent this issue.

A good prevention would be pinpoint teleport stopping any preexisting quickfix effects but the issue is that this is appealing to more functional players.

Then again I've done like a thousand different exploits before this and just about everyone else has, you should've made those reports before then, need to step your report game up since it's a bit lacking.

I guess these issues should be fixed then in the future to prevent more of the issue
