Targeted Harassment: Shown in the 7 png images attached
This person was told in private circumstances about my father's passing in 2014, as well as my Puerto Rican heritage, and decided to utilize that against me if I ever died, or killed him through either typing it or utilizing binds made specifically for that (he was unaware that the term "Orphan" means not having either parent, but still using private knowledge directed toward me in a public setting). My partner also has a twitter account that she uses to repost artwork and whatnot, which she has Bon currently blocked from interacting with but he continues to not only view it, but mentioning the contents of it and even mentioning porn in the server and discussing it with others on the JB server as well. (Also loosely mentioning our ages which he was only told privately as a way to jab at us for being on the server).

Freekilling/Freehitting

In multiple of the clips shown, there are instances where he either killed me despite following the orders, attempted to freekill me and ended up attacking someone else, or mistook me for another player that was cosmetically the same out of rash decision-making.

Second attached clip - Instance where Nightmyr, same cosmetic loadout as me, rolled extra ammo, so while attempting to shoot me thinking it was her, freekilled pooter9000 when he walked in the way at the last possible moment and his hand hitbox blocked me

Third attached clip - Instance where both me and another player laugh taunt at a funny situation, except he kills me for it despite following the warden like commanded as soon as was physically capable like the medic in the clip.

Instance where instead of exercising caution in hitting a non-rebeller, decides to just shoot through me to reach the KOS red despite warden not mentioning to stay in one's lane or to not stack with players

Instance where after being freehit, Nightmyr went to medic while no blues were watching, yet Bon decides to shoot specifically her after just turning the corner himself despite not only myself having waited for her exit, but also a taunting demo directly behind us that received no punishment either

Instance where the warden had given the order to do 360's on the sweeper podium, and jump backwards to each different podium. The video shows various reds doing one, two, or three 360's between each backward jump, yet decides to shoot me off, causing me to die, despite multiple other reds in the video before and after my death having shown to do the same

Instance where the warden (at 0:12) states to jump from podium to podium, which I am the only one to actively do especially since the sweeper at that point was going at the fastest speed it could, yet I am shot by Bon causing my death while after my death others have yet to even do a single jump and are not shot at

Instance freehitting me down to near-death due to the other scout dressed the same as myself having been the one to rebel

Favoritism Instances

The first instance here was a large group of reds including myself being confused as to which minigame the warden had stated, yet only I was killed (the frame before the clip started as shown by the killfeed) and everyone else was allowed to correct said mistake

The five videos ahead are consisting of two situations where my death request was for blues to have a hunger-games in a set area, to which I was instantly killed by the reported as soon as it was activated. In the latter three links, however, including one where he himself initiated the friendly fire as warden, the red(s) were left to their own devices and not killed on the spot by the reported player. I received confirmation from Madact that as long as there is evidence of action toward myself vs others in directly-comparable situations, that aside from misunderstandings it could be added to my report.

For staff purposes and reasoning:
The oldest clip being shown was on December 2nd, the video called "Bonfk6", shown in this image it was at the beginning of December

Everything after was taken after December 24th, as that was the day I returned from my trip from visiting my partner from the 16th to the 24th respectively. That specific one was withheld, due to me asking two separate questions to staff to clarify if or if not certain kills were freekills or not, so my original planned report including this specified clip got delayed until the prior two weeks included the rest of the freekills, each few days piling up another incident (one in #questions on the unofficial discord, the other in Madact's dms, to which I had to wait multiple days for a response for each. No fault of her at all! Simply due to bad timing and busy schedules)

So for staff reasoning and assistance, everything aside from the specified "Fk6" video was within the last three weeks

Freekills:

• I won't respond to every accidental freekill, on Casuarina he walked in front of Pik A choo which makes him KOS anyway and got respawned by an admin immediately.
• On the MLCastle following to Trivia clip, I walked into the hallway to only see Zedigy taunting so I killed him. I found the demo for this so I'll be attaching my POV below.
• MLCastle peach cell again, I was aiming for his partner who rolled Extra Ammo and killed the demo accidentally.
• Supermario with kye as warden was also accidental, I shouldn't have aimed at HIMA there but I accidentally hit my mouse1 and he happened to be on low HP as well.
• On Supermario with salguod as warden, I killed Myrshine for delaying yeah and I'm still trying to find the demo file for it but he cuts the clips so short I do not remember if I killed the taunting demo or if he was even visible to me but since he cuts all the clips so short we won't know until I find the demo. (I'll continue looking for the demo after this and update if I find it)
• Supermario Sweeper again, the video literally shows him jumping forwards when the warden had already said jump backwards before that (he didnt include that order in his clip, neither the rest of the round to see if I killed anyone else. Again, trying to find any demos I can but he was clearly KOS)
• On Supermario Red Danger below order, I killed him because he rushed up to the archway that leads to pipe game and I dont know if he misheard but seeing as he plays every day I didnt let him live for walking away from the other reds, I shot the others who were also nearing the archway. As the clip starts you can see I'm already near steady pace and I'm not sure how many I killed but yeah I decided to not kill the people that stayed in/near deathrun
  
  

Favoritism:

As per the favoritism in Death Requests, I kill other reds during FF on hg for blues too and we're allowed to, since the red has to also participate so him nitpicking 2 people I didnt kill who were also doing a specific minigame with FF doesn't matter to me, he always asks for Blues to turn on FF and play hunger games rather than being in an actual minigame with FF and I shoot him.
For favoritism I'd argue every guard does it a little bit and I don't let Zedigy and Myrshine get away with as much due to their in-game behaviour where they'd pick Freedays and constantly target/taunt and kill people they personally don't like on blue.
One example is Alexander who was harrassed by him which made him leave jailbreak for a few months I'm sure, Zedigy was targetting him and taunting him just because he thought Alexander didn't like him, also calling him "twink" after laugh taunting and killing him on blue with his freeday with Myrshine and Sweepy.

This happened around August but I thought I should include it since the screenshots of the orphan down bind and talk about his parent was from October and we're including things past 3 weeks ago in this report

Myrshine also has a weird complex about other women so she would ask sweepy and zedigy to target any women on the blue team and kill them with freedays, I was also constantly asked to kill pinecone when I used to play with her and when I didn't she would get a little upset at me.
They target pinecone, vei, softlysedated, Ura and a few others with their freedays, mostly softlysedated because she became close friends with me.
For some context, Myr and I were close and she would ask for reassurances all the time comparing herself to these women in my DMs and just having a general dislike of any women on jailbreak. I'm pretty sure I can find clips of her asking me to kill pinecone on jailbreak many times when I used to play with them and her sounding sad when I didn't, and these were only in my highlight clips, this was an everyday thing for Myrshine. I'm not sharing any DM's (I will to admins if they require more context but she was acting very jealous of sedated whenever she saw me and her together).

Harrassment:

Even if it is not valid for this report as he's finding stuff from 2-3 months ago to report, I really should not have talked about his dead father. I realized it was wrong immediately and I apologized to him the same day in DMs. Madact was also made aware of this and contacted me I think the next day (25th oct) about it to which I said the same thing, I shouldn't have said it and I apologized to him then. It sitll doesn't excuse my immature behaviour and I deeply apologize.I don't "continue" to view her account, if you weren't aware Myrshine and I would retweet things for each other frequently and she was still on my recent searches after we stopped talking. I opened it once and was stunned to see the NSFW artwork being retweeted and I shared it with my friends which in hindsight I should not have, and especially not make references to it in jailbreak chat

More context:
Before Zedigy and myrshine were together, her boyfriend was living with her for about 5 years (approx 7 years together in total). Myrshine and I were very close before Zedigy and her were together and after her and I had a falling out, I shared some DMs between me and her which were very private with her boyfriend who she was with for about 7 years which I'm pretty sure caused problems in their relationship and eventually led them to split up, I'm only assuming this because she told me her bf blocked me after reading those texts and she was panic messaging me when those texts were seen by him. A couple weeks after that Zedigy and Myrshine were online dating and openly talk about it on discord and their steam profiles. She has also started some baseless drama against me in Discord so I really doubt my JB behaviour was the only thing that motivated this report.

Just a TL;DR:
Most of the reported kills were accidental or valid KOS from what I saw at the time, I'm still searching for demos where its not clear and the clips are nitpicked and cut too short. I apologized for my comments about his dad to him in October and I'm still deeply sorry but it's being brought up months later for some reason.

So a lot has happened behind the scenes of additional evidence and just the biggest personal drama I have seen while being on panda community.
I've received stories from both sides including other accounts of what happened to lead to all this to this report and it was a lot to take in.

One specific part mentioned was that nyrra and zedigy specifically target people who play on the gameserver who they dislike. We couldn't prove this due to it possibly be general part of regular TF2 gameplay.
However this morning I received a message showing that nyrra has a list of panda players that she and her boyfriend (zedigy) specifically target to harass on the server if they see them on panda community jailbreak and they won't remove them off the list unless they say 'sorry'.
This is disgusting behaviour. This is not what playing on panda gameservers should be about. Because of your personal vendettas, you guys create a harassment list so you know who to pester and make sure they have a bad time when they play on the server? You even spread this list to your friend group asking them to join in and I'm hoping those who received it do not target these people. No one deserves this level of abuse.
So in order to protect panda community and its infrastructure you are both permanently banned. You are both grown adults specifically targeting people who play on our servers. No amount of explaining is going to justify this. You both should be ashamed that you guys took it to that level. If you don't understand why it has to be such a big deal, then the ban stays on until you both realise how psychotic it is to make a harassment list and enact on it.

As for this report. The 'Targeted Harassment: Shown in the 7 png images attached' is 3 months old and cannot be considered as evidence due to this. You had plenty of time to report that part but you did not. From what I heard, both you and BON talked it out and an apology was made at the time which stopped it from being reported.
But I believe you knew this part wouldn't be considered given how old it was. You just wanted context to prove it was targeted.

As for the clips the lack of context doesn't help with some of these, along with what I can see is delaying(making you KOS) and specifically getting in line of fire in some of these clips, but I will let the jailbreak team decide what they want to do with BON regarding these clips of possible breaking guard rules for jailbreak.

Alrighty, the Jailbreak team deliberated a good bit on the verdict for BON.
The first segment was handled by Madact, and so the Jailbreak-related segments (Freekilling/Freehitting and Favoritism Instances) will be finalized here.

Freekilling/Freehitting

We have eight clips in total here. The timeframe isn't exactly set in stone, but presumably nothing longer than a month.
Clip 1- Accident and BON immediately slays
Clip 2- Accidental kill, followed up by an MFK by someone else
Clip 3- Valid kill, with the favortism explained by ping (see BON's response above)
Clip 4- Worst example, stood in front of a KOS guy for no reason, leaving where you ought've been.
Clip 5- Valid kill, favoritsm is a bit nitpicky. Going into medic was greater delay than the others, but yes they also should have been shot.
Clips 6 and 7- Lack context and are explainable with ping
Clip 8- Accidental freehit

So general consensus with this section, is that a punishment is not warranted.
Accidents happen sure, but I am not a fan @BON_. No reason to shoot into crowds like some of the clips.
Were those clips the only clips in the report, a ban would make more sense.
Given the other clips provided, particularly clip 4, and the surrounding context, it feels much like a revenge report.
BON will be given a warning. As I said above, no reason to shoot into crowds like some of the clips shown, especially given your ping and the randomness that can induce.

Favortism Instances

These clips the team reached a consensus on very fast.
Simply put, we have an apples to oranges comparison.

First and foremost, yes BON killing you during your DRs is valid.
You as the Red must participate in them, and your DRs were for everyone to fight each other.
The other examples were different cases.
1; BON is Warden in these instances, and therefore does not need to participate.
2; More importantly, they are doing DIFFERENT DRs to your's.
We have an example of Yomca wanting to do Obby, blus delaying, and then asking for FF to be enabled.
Then the next example, a Red doing elimination Trivia, which yeah people gotta die for.
Comparing an Arena-esque DR to those two is, as I said above, apples to oranges.

So yes, BON do not be so trigger happy. We only tolerate so many mistakes.
It's much harder to justify mistakes when they are easily preventable.
There is no need to shoot into large crowds. Wait until the rebeller dies in a minigame or the crowd thins.

Favortism is always hard to prove, and what we are working with just isn't enough.
Favortism is more concrete when an lr is given when it shouldn't, or a rebeller is pardoned.
DRs ending sooner than others is a bit of stretch as is, and we were given clips that do not equally contrast.

Report is accepted for the warning administered, but no further action will be taken.

Well this has taken another turn.

BON has been shown to also be included in participating in the targeting list, asking a panda player to be added to it because of a 'cringy' profile.
Sweepy has also been noted to have a much more heavy involvement then previously shown evidence wise.
BON and Sweepy are now considered a threat to panda community and thus have also been permanently banned.

There's a current misconception going around that this is all unappealable. Panda rules state this rulebreak is not irreversible. Wanted to make that part clear.
I also apologies for not having everything done all at once. A lot of evidence was held back and getting more of the story added everyday didn't help make a clear one final decision.
