Discussed privately on why this is declined but just in case:

Freedays are rebelers for breaking engineer buildings. It's only during a normal round it is not. Thought this only applied to lr freeday, but nope according to the rule and suggestion change it's also for regular freeday.
The 2nd clip is a little tricky. Technically delaying by still continuing to crouch walk. No detours or delays is implied in rules. Very nit picky though on the blue's side, especially due to the overtalking.
