Completed Removal of unbalanced teams for #27 Orange (1 Viewer)

On orange there is mp_team_unbalance_limit 2 which is really annoying to have on orange since a lot of times the server has 8-10 players which comes to a lot of 3vs5 or 4vs6 scenarious which is really unbalanced and annoying to fight against/with.

changed it down to 1 on both War3Source and the Orange server, hope this helps - if not lmk on steam.
