I think you meant the person you were reporting (cthulhu moat.gg) was saying the n word and evaded punishment by leaving the server as the “they” in that sentence. I was a little thrown off when, you said that Matth and Monster where on and they said the n word repeatedly.

Note: I checked the first guy's chatlogs. Maybe I would have closed an eye on the "n word" said suddenly 3 times in 3 seconds: he ragequitted before any admin could even warn him, maybe he was just a kid who joined randomly. But then he rejoined 3 hours later. At 4 AM (CET) he insulted the admin @Bambi as well (I suppose when he was not online). After I did read the whole chatlogs so: ye, he definitely deserves a gag for both things.
