Why were you punished? "Button that kills you day" ending up being an invalid LR

Why should we revoke your punishment? I want to start this off by saying my intentions with the LR were not malicious in the slightest. Was it a stupid way to go through with an invalid LR? Absolutely. But that's the thing, no one even told me it was invalid until the report was made and accepted. I didn't realize until I saw the video that it had "day" in it, and that we don't do days here. The person who posted the LR, Komet, not only didn't say anything about it being a joke LR at the time, but even said he didn't expect someone to go through with it. Nothing in text chat, and unfortunately I don't have footage from the beginning, but I promise you I wouldn't have even done it in the first place if someone told me I couldn't. I'm not asking for a complete revoke on my guardban, it's obvious I'm not ready to go back if I keep messing up like this, but I've been trying my hardest to be trusted on Blue for Jailbreak.

So none of that says it wasn't allowed, and tone of voice is very difficult over chat, but I will admit I should've seen the signs from your messages. I thought all these were statements, and I apologize for not reading into it deeper.

I can't buy this reasoning. You claim you didn't know it was invalid until you got reported, but an LR where REDs are made to do something that results in 100% guaranteed death should honestly be easy to decipher why it's invalid. Regarding Komet, if he told you he didn't expect you to do the LR it gives me a vibe he knew the LR was invalid and wasn't actually going to pursue the warden to do it. If that was the case, he isn't going to punished for the actions you decided to do. Per Gale, you were also hinted by her it wasn't valid in chat but didn't pick that up it seems. Not everything needs to be explicitly pointed out. Hints like "this is just an MFK day" should be enough to tell you the LR isn't going to be a valid one.

It actually pains me to say that given you've had three permas, I just cannot see you getting unbanned from BLU in the near future; not for years, if not ever. I do absolutely know for a fact you aren't someone who does these rulebreaks maliciously but there is a limit to how many fuck-ups we can take before we decide we've given enough chances.
