Banns/Comm appeals ( especially permanent) can take some time, there’s no rush to it. You have to wait for some input.

Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute: I think that spamming a a couple of items isnt really a good reason for a permanet punishment

Actually it is, we have a stacking punishment system and this is your +6th Offense so it is justifiable. Time has elapse so there’s that.
