Saber has been banned for 12 hours as it is his first offense.

Took a look at that hacking demo, and every hit he makes seems to be alright. I mean yeah, he got lucky with one of them, but I've seen that happen before. I'll ask @DeadSworn about it, but it looks alright so far. Leaving this open until we get a definite answer.
