Demo - Context of demo: While I could not catch him explicitly teamkilling on the demo, the Demo shows the entire server reacting to him killing the 3 guards during HG, including the warden, thus causing a failround.
The evidence here is a little lackluster but I believe it gives a clear enough picture of what the player here did.
