no i dont play at school or work and i dont have relative playing tf2 at my house but my 2 brother and me have the same internet but he doesnt play at my house does that count?

There is another account which looks like an alt https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561199163093872
If this is an alt account by 'Plutia' then we're going to have a problem removing this ban as your brother will not be allowed to play until their ban is sorted with.

And then we have your account, so https://steamcommunity.com/id/MomoNeko isn't involved in this.

So I believe they are your brothers. I believe you're innocent in all this but I'm concerned that, if I do remove the IP, that your brother may attempt to bypass their original ban.
I would advise having a talk with your brother and then responding back to this appeal so we know the next course of actions. Such as if your brother is planning to appeal or not and who owns that alt account. There's no mistake about that alt account it belongs to someone within your household.

that definitely not my brothers alt since he doesnt play any csgo, only me played csgo and its very laggy with my pc but his pc is worst as he said on his bio aside if my brother really got banned for cheating then he can stay banned, if he want to get unbanned then he should appeal but he doesnt so that means he dont want to play on the community server anymore if the ban and cheat is true but the one which looks like an alt can be a person who also uses the same internet as me, we also tried to join the giveaway on the scrap.tf but we cant because it looks like we have the same ip so only one of us can join so that guy can just be also using the same net as me

i would like to get unbanned and my brother can stay banned, i know he isnt into trading anymore, he have metals to trade but he only trade in backpack.tf or scrap.tf and when i got back in tf2 he gave me some stuff to trade and i got amazing profit with my trades in backpack and in casual, i give my brothers some of my profit i can show you the trades that i gave him stuffs

I'm not trying to say that you're lying but that alt account is somebody within your household 100% sure it is.

So I'll lift your account ban and the IP ban but I will warn your IP connections maybe monitored to check that no one in your household is trying to bypass anything they're not suppose to. If they do I'll have no choice but to put the ban back on with the IP ban. So if your brothers want to play make sure they appeal with their main accounts so we can sort that out.
