I can see their point, but even full games are being released in this state (such as Goat Simulator) and although it was a joke game, people have jumped on the band wagon with others such as:

So, you're telling me that companies want easy money from people who are too stupid to realize they aren't ever going to get the product/game they paid for? No, you must be lying!

Early access will exist as long as people are stupid enough to pay for unfinished games.

So, basically, for all games. None are released finished nowadays.

For the record, I look forward to this bear simulator game. At the very least, to honor my hubby ^_^
