Ok so I looked at the videos and a couple of things.

Force Wardening at the beginning of the round is not against the rules. They are allowed to do that. It's not allowed when warden dies after the cell doors have opened. He did however freekill Trashman, so I've given him a general ban.
As for the over guy all he said was shut up on the video you gave me. I have however looked through his chatlog and I see insulting so I'll gag for that at least.
