Would be awesome if you nerf him and if you can't do it maybe to delete him out of the Hale mode!
Since the new update the short circuit is buffed, now he just has to spam...

distance+firepower is your best shot.

The Short Circuit fire rate is a bug. Valve did not intend to do it *that* fast.

Also, why nerf him? He is perfectly balanced, the grenade spam is so inaccurate that you can easily dodge the grenades.
