Reason about the Ban: I insulted another player for talking over me on jailbreak

Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute / teamban: I have learned from my mistakes and regret that i insulted another player for a simple mistake and i feel bad for what I did.
I also want to unsure that other players don't make the same mistake I made and I want to make jailbreak a better place for all players so we can all have fun together on the server and to have good memories with everyone.
