Sourcebans absoluetly does not give a shit in what timezone you're in. No Idea what timezone it follows but it may take a little bit longer until the ban expires

I believe Sourcebans runs on UTC, so that's 2 hour less than EET (as I think that's your time zone since you are from Bulgaria). You should be able to play at 12:33:01 your time.

sourcebans is on GMT +1 timezone so Berlin,Vienna etc.
